Whether Screen Sharing or VNC is available depends on how your Mac service has been configured. If those access methods are supported for your plan, use the connection details and workflow provided with the service rather than enabling random remote access settings on your own without a security plan.
If you cannot connect, confirm the expected port, the correct hostname or IP, authentication details, and any network filtering that may apply.
For security, only expose the remote access methods you actually need.
